Coming home to yourself in the New Year
You are invited to join a six week educational and experiential group. This group is designed for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, uneasy and struggling to manage parts of their everyday lives. The focus of our group is to create a space where participants will work to feel more grounded, self compassionate and at ease with themselves. Participants will learn how the brain responds to stress, the mind body connection, and tools such as journaling, art, and meditation. This group is not a drop in as sessions will build from the last. Contact Dara to register.
